Food quality and preparation is all part of the Yanada experience. All our food is home cooked and, wherever possible, we use home grown vegetables and other produce from the McDonald Valley. We provide simple breakfast options for bed and breakfast bookings.
We provide an extensive tea range and coffee pod selection for all guests
On catered retreats we provide:
- all vegetarian meals; first evening, daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, last day breakfast and lunch
- fruit and yummy desserts
- extensive tea and coffee selection, filtered drinking water
We now use a minimum of 90% fresh Organic fruit and vegetables for all our meal preparation sources from local producers where possible and an organic supplier in Dural. For longer retreats we can also, use a vegan, raw food, sugar free chef, if requested and subject to her availability.
Meals are served in a self serve buffet format and guests are asked to help in clearing by rinsing and stacking dishes in dishwasher.
Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free special dietary requirements can be catered for if requested in advance
