Winter Yoga Retreat

Winter is ruled by the water element and is about going within, finding strength in stillness, using this stillness to gain a greater understanding of self and learning how to navigate the world in an authentic way. Our retreat activities will include Yin and Restorative Yoga, Breathwork and meditation sessions, workshops, campfires, Yogalates and Yoga classes, Music, sound and dance, Cacao ceremony and more. Fantastic vegan and gluten-free meals are provided by our chef.
