I am pleased to be hosting a 2 day yoga retreat in the Iyengar yoga tradition. Immerse yourself this healthy weekend. Pranayama, asana & restoratives practices each day. Nourishing vegetarian meals, within pure peace & quiet of the natural surroundings at Yanada.
